Nigeria vs Ghana: Super Eagles Fail To Qualify For 2022 World Cup

Nigeria will miss the 2022 World Cup after a 1-1 draw with Ghana on Tuesday.

The Super Eagles failed to beat the Black Stars in Kumasi as they could only draw 0-0.

The visitors took the lead through Thomas Partey in the second leg at Moshood Abiola Stadium.

The Arsenal midfielder saw his long-range struggles under Francis Uzoho put Ghana ahead.

However, Nigeria equalised after VAR missed a penalty for a foul on Ademola Lookman. Captain William Troost-Ekong increased to 1:1.

There was no goal in the second half, and the Black Stars scored an away goal to advance.
