As at today, Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, in preparation for the smooth running of his evanescent second term administration has made about fifty appointments- Chief of Staff, Senior Special Assistants, Personal Assistants and some board members.
I’m not under any illusion as to the power and prerogative of Mr Governor to appoint whoever pleases him. However, the fact that the Governor does still not find anybody worthy or qualify for an appointment in Ese-Odo Local Government Area remains a mystery.

If Onyeukwu,Anyanwu, Irene, Akpan, Zaki, Atta, Ugochi, Chizoma and Zikrullahi could make list of appointment in Ondo State, what could be the offences of the people of Ese-Odo ? Could it be that Arakunrin harbors hatred against his maternal genealogy ? A lot of questions begging for answers.

Is it the law of whatever a man sows that he shall also reap ?
I’m not surprised. During the build up to the October 2020 governorship election, many of our people in Ese-Odo LG played terrible roles in betraying the course of the people.
Like Joseph’s brothers, when the Midianite merchants came by, his brothers pulled him up out of the cistern and sold him for twenty shekels of silver to the Ishmaelites, who took him to Egypt.
It’s double tragedy for the Joseph’s brothers. They have lost their brother and yet they can’t not be trusted with sensitive positions. Because if they could betray one of their own; they can as well jilt anybody.

For a pot of porridge they sold out. Now, they’re wandering about in caucuses like scavengers- looking for remnants. Even if Akeredolu appoints anyone of them today, it’s from remnants. That’s the lot of Joseph’s brothers. Etanran ! Egberi fa ooo
